For a recent customer attending a friend’s wedding, the car was part of what would make the day special. He wanted an ultra-luxury vehicle for the occasion and chose our Rolls-Royce Cullinan for the presence it would bring to his arrival.
The rental was for one day, with delivery to Eurostars Sitges, where he was staying. The wedding took place elsewhere; the hotel was our handover location.
An 8:00 am delivery, arranged in advance
The customer requested an early delivery at 8:00 am, and we arranged the handover for that time.
Delivering the Cullinan to his hotel meant he could receive the car where he was staying, rather than make a separate journey to collect it. For this booking, that was a practical part of preparing for the day.

What happened before we handed over the keys
The delivery went smoothly, but handing over the car involved more than simply passing over the keys.
We verified the customer’s identity, checked the mileage and petrol level, and reviewed the vehicle for any existing damage. These details were recorded in our in-house software, documenting the car’s condition at the start of the rental.
The customer then signed the rental agreement, and we handed over the keys.
A Cullinan for a wedding guest
This was a self-drive rental for someone attending a friend’s wedding, rather than a booking for the wedding couple.
