Ultra Lux rental terms

Rental type
Ultra Lux offers self-drive luxury car rental.
Age requirements
The minimum driver age for every Ultra Lux rental is 25 years old.
Driving licence
Every approved driver must hold a valid driving licence. Licence history and any International Driving Permit requirement are checked according to the selected vehicle and licence-issuing country.
Identity documents
The approved driver must provide the identity and driving documents requested during booking and present the originals at handover.
Pricing and final quote
Current vehicle-specific starting rates are published in the live fleet. The final price for the selected vehicle, dates and itinerary is confirmed in the quote before booking.
Security deposit and excess
The security deposit is vehicle-specific and is confirmed in the final quote before booking. The deposit secures the applicable insurance excess; Ultra Lux does not sell an excess-reduction or excess-waiver product.
Insurance
Full insurance is included, with excess liability secured by the vehicle-specific security deposit. Exact coverage, exclusions and deposit are confirmed before booking.
Mileage
Included kilometres and any additional-kilometre rate are stated for the selected vehicle in the final quote before booking.
Fuel
The required fuel and return level are stated for the selected vehicle at handover and in the rental agreement.
Delivery and collection
Delivery availability and any delivery charge depend on the confirmed location and itinerary and are stated in the final quote.
Cross-border travel
Travel outside the approved itinerary, including cross-border travel, requires written approval before departure so insurance and mileage conditions can be confirmed.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms for the selected vehicle, dates and booking are stated in the final quote before payment.
Late return
Contact Ultra Lux immediately if the agreed return time may change. The applicable late-return conditions are stated in the quote and rental agreement.
Damage and incidents
Any damage, warning light, breakdown, theft or accident must be reported immediately using the contact details supplied at handover. Follow the incident instructions in the rental agreement.
Traffic fines
The renter remains responsible for traffic, parking, toll and road-use charges connected with the rental. The rental agreement states any applicable administration process.
Additional drivers
Only drivers approved in advance and named in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Requirements are checked separately for every additional driver.
Navigation
Navigation is built into every vehicle's infotainment system and is included at no extra charge.
