Quotes and bookings
A quote is a proposal based on the vehicle, dates, driver information and delivery details supplied at the time of enquiry. Availability and pricing are confirmed by Ultra Lux before a booking becomes effective.
Booking requirements, payment terms, security deposits and cancellation conditions may vary by vehicle and service type and will be explained in the booking documentation.
Vehicle use and responsibility
Drivers must hold the required licence, meet the applicable age and experience requirements, and use the vehicle lawfully and responsibly. The vehicle must be returned in the agreed condition and at the agreed time and location.
Additional charges may apply for excess kilometres, delivery changes, late return, damage or other items described in the applicable rental agreement.
